It's not actually rocket science is it - getting the windows to line up...
It is just a matter of making the window bays between 1.8 metres and 2.0 metres centre-to-centre and not cramming in too many seats.
A spacing of 1.9 metres gives 72 seats in a 23 metre long vehicle whilst allowing plenty of space for luggage, toilets, vestibules and a collapse zone at each end.
